Amazing place to stay for most of the week, except for the manager who was a little creepy he was taking videos of us at our table. Now this was half way through our week, so it was very abnormal, however it seemed very strange with no explanation to why. he was on the tower with the kids water slide with another individual. I would think they would explain why but none was given which just made us feel very uncomfortable. But the food was great and everything else was wonderful. That was the only thing that made the trip a little weird. But it’s always fun when we come here! Also trying to get towels at the pool is a little tough. Hopefully they can make that a little easier on there customers.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights and it was a really pleasurable experience. Why? Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. My water view balcony quickly became my favorite place to chill. Roaring fork mobile order was SO convenient and tasty. The pool was really nice. The location is epic. The parking lot had a charging station for my EV. The shop was reasonably priced for 3 three essential items we forgot and required (1 bottle of alleve, 1 nail clipper, 1 poncho). All the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful. The lobby SMELLED GOOD. The atmosphere and the theming were amazing. In all my years coming to Disney this is the first hotel I want to return to. LOVE. 🩵 p.s. 315/nt during summer & renovation 😬

We ate dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe. We both had the skillets which are all you care to eat. The ribs were a little dry but the brisket and pulled pork were fantastic. The chicken was good as well. The atmosphere is loud but very family friendly. It's really fun when someone needs ketchup. They yell from the table and several customers who have ketchup run their bottles to the table. They also had a wooden horse parade with the kids. So cute.

My favourite ever hotel, let alone, Disney resort! I feel so relaxed here, rooms are bright and spacious, with a balcony to boot. I never thought I would be happy on the ground floor, but in essence, it feels like I have a huge garden to overlook. The restaurants are close but, and so is the fun pool. Now I don't mind loud music, but you may not, so do not book a pool view if this would annoy you. You do get the water pageant each night -even though my daughter hates it - which is a Disney icon, plus music piped in for the fireworks. These go off at 10pm, so if you are an early riser that doesn't burn the candle at both ends, I suggest earplugs. The scenery and detail here, are second to none. The staff here, all seem so happy to help you, whatever your needs. They have gone out of the way, to help me with my disabilities. Disney resort hotels, are all incredible, but this is the top of the cake for me. We will be back again!

Can't beat the immersion. You're facing the eastern border of Bay Lake, and you're either surrounded by the resort (which is immense) or by forests. You actually feel like you're in a lodge somewhere out west. The rooms are ample and extremely comfortable. The decor is top-notch, but that's to be expected from a deluxe Disnet resort. Also, the restaurants are excellent. I don't want to spoil what's available, but let's just leave it at: it's more than worth the price of admission!
